Dr. Eric M. Damato:


Dr. Eric M. Damato:Dr. Eric Damato resides in Newington. CT with his wife and two children. He has been involved in athletics and chiropractic since 1990. As a teenager Dr. Damato sustained multiple sports injuries, and when all else failed he discovered chiropractic. After recovering from his injury, he found his calling, and since has devoted himself to the chiropractic profession.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Wagner College. He continued his education at Life University in Marietta, GA where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2001.

Dr. Damato has practices in both Springfield, MA. And Newington, CT. He has lectured extensively in both states on topics such as:

   • The Benefits of Chiropractic Care
   • Health and Wellness
   • And Sports Performance

He attends quarterly conferences nationwide to continue his education in areas such as neurology, pediatrics, and extremity adjusting. Dr. Damato continues to be an advocate for Chiropractic Care and welcomes the opportunity to consult with and guide new and pre-existing patients.



Dr. Nicholas Damato:


Dr. Nicholas Damato Dr. Nicholas Damato is originally from Glastonbury and currently resides in Marlborough Connecticut. Ever since his first sports injury at age 7, he has been getting adjusted by a chiropractor. His family has been involved with natural health care since he was a child and he continues to pride himself in educating the community on the importance of the human body and its capabilities without the assistance of drugs and surgery.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotions from Coastal Carolina University in 2005. He continued his education at Life University in Marietta, GA where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2009.

He attends quarterly conferences nationwide to continue his education in areas such as nutrition, pediatrics, sports and extremity adjusting. Dr. Damato continues to be an advocate for Chiropractic Care and welcomes the opportunity to consult with and guide new and pre-existing patients.



Michelle Compton - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist:


Michelle ComptonMichelle Compton is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She graduated from Springfield College with her Bachelors of Science in Applied Exercise Science in 2005. For the last four years she has been working full time as a personal trainer and a personal training director. In June 2009 she received her amateur card with International Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation. In high school she completed in both indoor and outdoor track in shot put and discus. From power lifting in high school to boxing and kickboxing in college, Michelle has a very wide training background. At Springfield College she did internships at University of Massachusetts Amherst with the hockey, men's and women's basketball teams and the ski team. She also interned at Holy Cross helping to run the Summer Strength and Conditioning program and football pre-season. She has interned at Velocity Sports Performance, teaching group training programs. She has worked with children as young as 3 to older adults up to 76. Michelle loves to instruct in a class setting, small group and one-on-one sessions. She trains with the philosophies, "you're only as fast as your slowest leg", "you're only as strong as your weakest muscle", and "you reshape your body, one choice at a time".

Along with Dr. Eric Damato, Michelle's mission is to "help our patients achieve optimal health through treatment, education, and prevention of disease."



Cheryl Connolly - Licensed Massage Therapist:


Cheryl ConnollyCheryl Connolly is a graduate of Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Groton, CT. She has been practicing massage therapy for 2 years and specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, and Myofascial Release. Before her career in massage she was a self employed personal trainer for many years through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. Cheryl has been involved in sports her entire life competing in track and field both in high school and college. In her free time she enjoys training for triathlons, half marathons and any time spent with her niece and nephew. Cheryl is currently studying Thai Massage which is a combination of deep tissue and stretching. Nikki Sambitsky - Licensed Massage Therapist:


Nikki SambitskyNikki Sambitsky is a 2004 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT. She is certified in Reflexology, and specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Pregnancy Massage.

Tara Kirby - Office Manager:


Tara has been working in the chiropractic profession as an office manager and medical transcriptionist for the past 14 years. She lives the chiropractic lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her nieces.




Holly Moore - Patient Care Coordinator:


Holly Moore Holly received B.A. in Communications from Central Connecticut State University and has also studied at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy.

A mother of 5 special needs and internationally adopted children Holly's standard of living is reinforced by her family where everyone lives a chiropractic lifestyle.
